The first step is all on you: give us a call and schedule your repair. We aim to have our technicians arrive to all service calls within 4 hours. However, wait times vary- please ask when you call!
Step Two:
diagnosis
Once our technician arrives, we’ll introduce ourselves and then diagnose the problem. We have worked with almost all makes and models of stovetops and ovens, giving us an edge and helping us diagnose problems faster.
Step Three:
authorization & repair
Once we’ve figured out the problem, we’ll provide a written estimate for all parts and labour. With your approval, we get straight to work!
